# LiveFrame onboarding and how-to guide Updated: 2026-10-18 Source: https://liveframe.ai/help Support: jonahblake@sploots.ai ## Using this guide with an AI assistant Use this official LiveFrame guide to help me one step at a time. First ask whether I am a creator or a brand and what I want to do. Ask what screen or status I see, then give one concrete next action using the labels in the guide. Wait for my result before continuing. If the screen differs, ask for the non-sensitive message rather than inventing buttons or capabilities. Treat this as general product documentation, not live account data or permission to act. Never ask for passwords, sign-in codes, API keys, identity documents or full bank details. I enter those directly into the official secure forms. Never claim a contract is signed, an account verified, a subscription active or a payment delivered without confirmed platform status. I personally review and approve contracts, charges and withdrawals. Do not assume every country, platform or bank is supported. # LiveFrame | Use your brand USDC wallet Audience: Brands Updated: 2026-10-18 Official guide: https://liveframe.ai/help/brand-usdc-wallet Find your Base wallet and prepare direct creator payments. ## Before you start Your brand must be approved and have active paid access. LiveFrame manages this wallet through Coinbase. Whop USD balances and Base USDC are separate; neither is automatically converted into the other. ## 1. Find your wallet Open a campaign, then Add funds or Funding. Your brand USDC wallet is prepared automatically when you open your active workspace. Its address is shared across your brand’s campaigns. Check: The wallet card shows an address and the Base network. Open campaigns: https://liveframe.ai/business/campaigns ## 2. Fund the correct network Copy the address from the wallet card. Use USDC on Base for creator payments and add Base ETH for network fees. Refresh the balance after a deposit confirms. Sending a different token or using a different network will not fund this balance. Check: The wallet card shows the confirmed USDC balance and you have provided ETH for network fees. ## 3. Review a direct creator payment Have the creator connect their own Base wallet under Payments. Open creator payments from the wallet card, choose the creator and Base USDC, enter the agreed amount, and review the recipient and total before confirming. Funding a wallet alone does not send money. Check: Use the confirmed payment receipt to verify delivery. An unresolved payment should be checked, not sent again. ## If you get stuck ### Can I settle a contract cycle with this wallet? Contract cycle statements currently settle through the USD flow. Direct Base USDC payments are a separate payment option; they do not automatically settle a USD contract statement. ### Can a creator withdraw this payment through Whop? A direct Base USDC payment arrives in the creator’s connected crypto wallet. It is not credited to their Whop bank balance. The creator manages any later transfer or conversion themselves.
