# LiveFrame onboarding and how-to guide Updated: 2026-11-05 Source: https://liveframe.ai/help Support: jonahblake@sploots.ai ## Using this guide with an AI assistant Use this official LiveFrame guide to help me one step at a time. First ask whether I am a creator or a brand and what I want to do. Ask what screen or status I see, then give one concrete next action using the labels in the guide. Wait for my result before continuing. If the screen differs, ask for the non-sensitive message rather than inventing buttons or capabilities. Treat this as general product documentation, not live account data or permission to act. Never ask for passwords, sign-in codes, API keys, identity documents or full bank details. I enter those directly into the official secure forms. Never claim a contract is signed, an account verified, a subscription active or a payment delivered without confirmed platform status. I personally review and approve contracts, charges and withdrawals. Do not assume every country, platform or bank is supported. # LiveFrame | Work with an agency Audience: Brands Updated: 2026-11-05 Official guide: https://liveframe.ai/help/agency-work Assign campaign work, share access and keep agency invoices and receipts in one place. ## Before you start Use an approved brand with an active Workspace subscription. Agency services are agreed and paid directly with the agency; your LiveFrame subscription and creator campaign budget are separate. ## 1. Choose your agency and campaign Open Partners. Browse verified agency logos, service summaries, work samples and pitch decks; Preview deck reads an uploaded PDF inside the page. Choose Add your agency for an agency you already know, or Add campaign work on a verified partner’s card. Enter the agency contact, campaign, scope, agreed service price and currency. Optionally link the agreement you signed with the agency. Check: Saving a work record does not sign an agreement, send an invitation or move money. Open Partners: https://liveframe.ai/business/partners ## 2. Give only the campaign access they need Open the saved work record. In Clients & managers, choose Share campaign and check the agency contact email. Choose read-only client access or manager operations, review the individual permissions, then Share by email. The agency signs in at liveframe.ai/manage with that email. Payout permission is off by default. Check: A work assignment alone does not grant access. Check the saved manager list; access applies only to that campaign. ## 3. Add and pay the agency invoice Ask the agency for its invoice. Add the invoice number, secure checkout link, currency-matched service amount, tax, processing fee and due date. Review & pay agency invoice opens their payment page. Check the agency, currency and final total before paying. Check: The agency collects the payment directly. LiveFrame does not deduct agency fees from creator funds or verify payment just because checkout opened. ## 4. Keep payment evidence After paying the invoice in full, choose Record payment. Enter the payment date, reference and receipt link. Confirm that the receipt matches the invoice total and currency. The status says Paid · recorded by brand. Export invoice records for your accountant. Check: Brand-entered records are not provider confirmations or automatic accounting entries. Void an incorrect unpaid invoice record and add a corrected one; use Correct payment record for a mistaken payment record. This never refunds or cancels anything with the agency. ## 5. Finish work and review access Set work status to completed or cancelled when appropriate. Separately remove any campaign access the agency no longer needs. Keep signed scope changes and agency payment records with your business records. Check: Changing work status does not terminate an agency contract or revoke access. After your Workspace term ends, saved work and invoice records remain readable and exportable. ## If you get stuck ### Can I use an agency that is not listed? Yes. Add your agency records a private relationship for your brand. This does not publish the agency or give it a LiveFrame Verified badge. ### How does an agency add its logo, portfolio or pitch deck? LiveFrame sends a single-use partner invitation. The agency saves its services and private contact details, then continues to its private profile editor. It can upload a PNG, JPG or WebP logo (up to 2 MB), add up to 24 linked work samples, upload work images (up to 2 MB) or PDF decks (up to 10 MB), and reorder them. Cover images are optional. The preview shows how brands will see the listing. Save changes for review; LiveFrame must approve and publish the listing. Keep the private edit link secure: anyone with it can edit the profile. ### Do agency edits immediately change a verified listing? No. New profiles and updates go to LiveFrame for review. Brands continue seeing the last approved version while updates are pending. Uploaded files are private and use temporary viewing links. If an old preview link expires, refresh the directory. A private work assignment does not publish an agency listing. ### Does LiveFrame take a fee from the agency payment? This workflow sends you to the agency’s own invoice. Review its full amount, taxes and payment-processing fees there. There is no LiveFrame campaign-balance transfer for agency invoices. ### Where are partial payments, refunds or credits? This release records full invoice payments only. Have the agency issue separate invoices for deposits or milestones and revised invoices or credit notes for corrections. Keep those source documents. Never mark an invoice paid in full for a partial payment.
